www.naturisme.fr purpose is to present: - naturism in France - France Espaces Naturistes members’ sites The site enables users to: - give their opinion on a stay in a France Espaces Naturistes establishment - create slideshows with their holiday pictures www.naturisme.fr is free, no registering is needed to access the contents of the site.

Accessing this website gives the user no right on copyright and industrial property related to this site, they all remain exclusive property of www.naturisme.fr

www.naturisme.fr reserves the right to exclude permanently a contributor in the event of a violation of the site terms and conditions of use. A warning will be sent by e-mail before permanent exclusion.

The user represents and warrants that he/she is a natural person able to agree with the present terms and conditions.

The login and password can be changed any moment in the ‘Profile’ menu.

Anyway, if there is any suspicion on the information entered, www.naturisme.fr reserves the right to stop the access to the website with no resort ability for the user. www.naturisme.fr also reserves the right to refuse any subscription on the website without any justification.

www.naturisme.fr reserves the right to register a complaint and keep the IP addresses at the disposal of justice in case of abuse.
www.naturisme.fr also reserves the right to: - erase comments older than 12 months, - keep messages and move them from one theme to another, - refuse your comment if not respecting the present terms and conditions.
Lastly, the user enables www.naturisme.fr to change his/her comment if technically necessary.
3. 3. Rights transfer:
Contents are not available on-line immediately, first there will be a check so that nothing es against the general terms and conditions, then they will be validated. Checking will be completed shortly.
www.naturisme.fr can decide to change, erase, stop, refuse and suspend any content put on-line via the service without prior notice.
The user authorizes www.naturisme.fr to use and operate the contents posted on the site (reviews, comments, etc.) with no money compensation.

If one of the arrangements of the terms of use is declared null and void it will be considered as unwritten and this will not affect the other arrangements.
